5. Shipping Policy
- West Malaysia: RM10 per order
- East Malaysia: RM18 per order
- Free shipping for orders of 2 boxes and above
6. Refund & Exchange
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If products are received damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.
